FABRICATION ACTIVITY AND SYNOPSIS OF EQUIPMENT
We have a well equipped fabrication factory, capable of manufacturing fabrications up to 20 tonnes, such as press frames, machine bases, tanks, rolling mill machinery, furnace shells and casings, platforms, ducting and all types of structural work.

FABRICATION BAY
Two bays of 10,500 square feet. Heavy Bay with 20 tonnes over-head crane in tandem. Light Bay with 3 ton over-head crane, both pendant operated.

STORAGE AREA
10,000 square feet with 8 ton fork lift truck off-loading.

WELDING
Welding procedures can be submitted if required covering weld preparation, process position, type of electrodes, pre-heat and post-heat, back chipping, root grinding etc. CO2 Welding. Transmig 250 with Cor-O-Mig and solid wire attachments.

DRILLING
Radial Drill No. 5 MTS (76mm dia.), Radial Drill No. 4 MTS (50mm dia.), Pedestal Drill No. 5 3MTS (31-75mm dia.).

SAW
Cold sawing up to 12” diameter (250mm).

PORTABLES
Usual portable magnetic drills, grinding tools, 400 Amp diesel welding plants etc.

We also have portable scaffold towers, scissor lifts with 30' height and 500 kilos carrying capacity, 4 ton iron fairy with 30' reach and a 5 ton forklift.

COMPRESSOR
500 cu/ft capacity free air @ 150 P.S.I. with a range of air tools: paint spraying attachments etc.

N.D.T.
Dye penetrant and pressure testing equipment. We also have the benefit of a local service providing ultrasonics, X-ray, Magnetic Particle Inspection and Certification.

STRESS RELIEVING
We have an arrangement with a local Company to provide heat treatment in electrically operated furnaces which provide a 48 hour service.

TRANSPORT
We have a modern fleet of ford transit vans which are all equipped with portable welding equipment, angle grinders, drills and burning equipment.
